I’m Yadwinder Pal Singh. I have worked in the migration industry since 2023 and became a Registered Migration Agent in September 2025. I specialise in employer-sponsored migration and have experience in General Skilled Migration (GSM), as well as a broad range of other visa matters. At Brightway Migration, my approach is to understand your circumstances first, explain the issues in plain language and prepare your matter with care. Where something needs closer attention, we discuss it early.

Before you get started

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Not sure where your situation fits? Start with a conversation.

Can you help if I am unsure which visa to consider?

Yes. Tell us about your situation and objectives. A consultation can help identify which issues and potential options need individual assessment.

Do you work with employers and individual applicants?

Yes. Brightway assists with enquiries from Australian businesses, skilled workers, graduates and families. We will confirm the scope of assistance for your matter.

Can we speak online or by phone?

You can request a phone or online consultation. We will confirm the appointment arrangements and any consultation fee before you book.

Can you guarantee a visa outcome?

No. Brightway does not promise a visa outcome. Our role is to give considered advice, prepare carefully and help you understand the process.

What will your services cost?

Fees depend on the work involved. We will explain the proposed services and professional fees before you decide whether to engage us. Send a brief enquiry to get started.

My visa is expiring soon. What should I do?

Call us and mention your expiry date at the start of the conversation. An enquiry or appointment request does not extend your visa or confirm that another application is available. Your circumstances need prompt individual assessment.

Can you help me organise my documents?

Yes. Once we agree the work, we explain the information needed for your matter and help identify missing or inconsistent details. Please wait for instructions before sending sensitive documents.

Do I need every document before contacting you?

No. You can start with a brief outline of your situation. We will explain what information is useful for your consultation and what may be needed later.

What should I include in my first enquiry?

Your contact details, the service you need and a brief outline of your situation are enough to begin. Please do not include passport numbers, financial documents or sensitive health information in this initial enquiry.
